In her own words,“I’d been teaching school children for 16 years. When it came to taking part in the show, my principal asked me to choose between my job and the show. I took the risk and quit my job. Now I have no regrets.”
The newly-crowned Master Chef has not yet decided on what she wants to do with the prize money, but says, “I am just feeling happy looking at my bank balance!”
She's one Real Achiever amongst many women.
